Zachary is a traveling mage who originally hails from Dianli, under the feudal lord Taylor. Spotted to be talented in magic at an early age, Zachary's wealthy parents put him into a vigorous education program so that he could learn to hone his magical talent. His training, however, was done in isolation so that he might not become distracted, and his training barely left him any time for solely himself. Thus, whilst his magical capacity soared above boys his age in ordinary schools, Zachary never made any real friends and never learned how to make real friends. Since the death of his master a year previous, he has been traveling the world in hopes that the sacrifice of his childhood would not be in vain.
