Skills

Here are the various skills. The (L) means the skill is restricted according to class and/or character. The (M) indicates a mastery skill. A unit can have a maximum of four skills not including any of the (L) skills.

Adept Grants an immediate second attack. Does not nest within itself. 10 spd%
Armored The unit has the qualities of an armored unit. 4 is subtracted from Aid and 8 is added to Weight. Negates the weapon effectiveness of Wind magic and bows. Weak to Thunder when Flying is also present. 0 (L)
Astra Mastery skill of swordmasters. The swordmaster performs five consecutive hits each at half damage. Each hit is considered an attack by the swordmaster, so missing and criticals may still occur, but obviously Astra is not nested. 25 (M) 0.5*skl%
Bless Adjacent allies receive a +lck% bonus to hit and avoid. 0 (L)
Blossom The character gets 2/3 of normal experience, but during level ups gets a second chance toward each failed stat-up1 15
Caelum Mastery skill of the Tempestral class. Doubles critical chance and negates enemy luck for this attack. Furthermore, the enemy suffers the Daze effect. 25 (M) skl%
Cancel When the bearer gets a successful hit, the opponent's immediate attack is negated. 10 spd%
Canto Allows the unit to move the remainder of his squares after performing an action. 0 (L)
Celerity Grants the unit an extra 2 movement. 15
Colossus Mastery skill of warriors and beserkers. For every con the warrior has over his enemy's con, add 10% more damage (a warrior with con of 15 against a sage of con 9 would deal 60% more damage). 25 (M) skl%
Corona Mastery skill of bishops. Cuts enemy resistance in half for this attack and brings enemy luck to 0 for two turns. 25 (M) 0.5*skl%
Corrosion Reduces the enemy's weapon's durability by the bearer's level. If the bearer is of a second tier, then the durability is reduced by 20+level. 10 0.5*skl%
Counter When hit and activated, returns half the inflicted damage to the enemy and inflicts only half damage to the bearer. 15 skl%
Critical+5 Grants a +5 bonus to the unit's critical chance. 0 (L)
Critical+10 Grants a +10 bonus to the unit's critical chance. 0 (L)
Critical+15 Grants a +15 bonus to the unit's critical chance. 0 (L)
Critical+20 Grants a +20 bonus to the unit's critical chance. 0 (L)
Critical+25 Grants a +25 bonus to the unit's critical chance. 0 (L)
Critical+30 Grants a +30 bonus to the unit's critical chance. 0 (L)
Daunt Reduces Hit and Critical of hostile units three spaces from the bearer by 3%. 5
Deadeye Mastery skill of snipers. Critical chance is doubled for this attack. A surviving enemy has a (20+skl)% chance of suffering the sleep condition for two turns. 25 (M) 0.5*skl%
Disarm On a direct attack, unequips the enemy's weapon. 10 0.5*skl%
Discipline Doubles the rate weapon experience is gained. 15
Enliven Increases map affinity bonus from the B level to the S level. 5
Elite The character can earn experience only on the interval [15,75]. 10
Farcast Increases the range of a bow or tome by 1 with the qualifier of -10% hit at that range. Can only be assigned to the Tempestral, Fire Prince, Sniper, Sage, Druid, and Warlock classes. 15
Farsight The unit can see an additional 5 spaces in a fog of war. 5
Flare The mastery skill of sages. Enemy resistance is negated. 25 (M) 0.5*skl%
Flying The unit has the qualities of a flying unit. 12 is added to Aid, 35 is added to Weight, and Canto takes 0 capacity with the expense that the unit cannot be rescued. Movement is reduced by 3 when played on an indoor map. The unit also ignores most terrain bonuses and can fly over/land on certain inaccessible tiles. Negates the weapon effectiveness of anti-armor weapons. Weak to Thunder when Armored is also present. 5 (L)
Focus For each turn the bearer does not attack, hit and avoid are increased by 3. Upon attack, the counter resets. 5
Fortitude str/2 is added to def. Can only be equipped to mages, sages, priests, clerics, bishops, shamans, druids, sorcerers, warlocks, and Josias. 15
Fortune Negates enemy critical chance. 20
Gamble On command, halves Hit% and doubles Crit%. 10
Grievous The mastery skill of Heroes. Attack increases by 50% before Defense affects damage calculations.2 25 (M) 0.5*skl%
Guard Redirects the damage done to an ally to the bearer, assuming they are adjacent. 10 1.5*S*spd%3
Imbue Heals the bearer mag HP at the beginning of each turn. Cannot be equipped to mages, sages, priests, clerics, bishops, shamans, druids, sorcerers, warlocks, or Josias. 15
Immunity Immune to all negative status effects. 10
Inferno Mastery skill of the Fire Prince class. This negates enemy resistance and inflicts the burn status effect4 for three turns. 20 (M) skl%
Landwalker The unit can walk through mountains and brush with reduced movement penalty. 5
Leadership Grants each unit of the same faction within a 3 square radius Avoid and Hit bonuses of 10%. 10
Lethality Mastery skill of assassins. The opponent is instantly killed. 25 (M) 0.1*skl%*(lv-lvo)5
Luna Mastery skill of halberdiers. Negates enemy defense. 25 (M) 0.5*skl%
Mantle The bearer and any ally within 5 squares receives a +5 bonus to defense, resistance, and attack. Additionally serves as the Nihil and Fortune skills, for the bearer only. 25
Miracle A lethal blow will be ignored, and half the unit's current HP will be taken instead. 5 lck%
Mounted The unit has the qualities of a mounted unit. 15 is added to Aid, 40 is added to Weight, and Canto takes 0 capacity with the expense that the unit cannot be rescued. Movement is reduced by 2 when played on an indoor map. 5 (L)
Naturan Terrain bonuses are doubled. 10
Nihil Cancels any opponent-activated skills except for Nihil. 20
Nullify Cancels opponent's weapon effectiveness and weapon triangle advantage. 15
Occultation Mastery skill of druids and warlocks. Applies the curse effect for a turn.6 25 (M) 0.5*skl%
Paragon Doubles the experience gained. 15
Parity On command, negates all skills, terrain bonuses, and support bonuses for a fight. 5
Pass The bearer's movement is not restricted by squares occupied by hostile units. 10
Pavise Mastery skill of generals (when attacked, as opposed to when attacking). Damage is nullified completely, and the attack is returned to the sender, using the sender's defense and resistance instead. 25 (M) 0.5*skl%
Persevere The bearer receives a +5 critical bonus for every hostile unit within two squares of him. 10
Pick The thief/assassin can open any door or chest without the use of a lockpick. Can only be assigned to theives. Automatically assigned to assassins. This skill, however, does not have a 100% chance of activation like the lockpick. 5 3*skl%
Prayer Increases Avoid by 5% for each HP below 10 0 (L)
Proficiency Negates the speed penalty from equipment weight exceeding con+str/4. 15
Provoke Causes enemies to attack the bearer rather than another target. 10 2*(con+str/4)%
Pursuit If the bearer's speed exceeds the opponent's speed at all, perform a double attack. 15
Quickdraw Grants an archer unit to use bows at adjacent squares with the qualifier that the unit cannot double at that range. 0 (L)
Resolve Increases the bearer's skill and speed to 150% when HP is under 50%. 15
Riposte If the bearer does not die from an attack, the same amount of damage may be additionally done to a random adjacent opponent. If no opponents are adjacent, then the bearer only takes half damage. 10 spd%
Savior The bearer may rescue any non-mounted unit without any statistical penalty. 10
Seawalker The unit can traverse water tiles. 5
Seize The bearer can make captures with 25% higher stats, as long as no stat exceeds 100% of its original value. 10
Shade Causes enemies to not attack the bearer when they can. 5 (30+lck-con)%
Shove The character may shift an adjacent unit one square in the faced direction if his con+str/4 is greater than the other unit's con-1. Cannot be granted to mounted units. 5
Smite The character may shift an adjacent unit two squares in the faced direction if his con+str/4 is greater than the other unit's con. Cannot be granted to mounted units. 5
Sol Mastery skill of paladins. The paladin gains HP equivalent to the damage done. 25 (M) 0.5*skl%
Steal The character has the ability to steal unequipped items from an enemy unit. Not every attempt is successful. 5 (L) (4*skl-wt)%
Stella Mastery skill of valkyries. Magic and enemy resistance are used instead of strength and enemy defense to calculate damage. 20 (M) skl%
Stillness Causes enemies to not attack the bearer when they can. 20 60+3*lck-2*con)%
Stun The mastery skill of falcon knights and wyvern lords. The opponent is stunned for one turn afterward. 25 (M) skl%
Surmount When an attack leaves the opponent with less than 6 HP but still alive, the enemy miraculously dies. 10 lck%
Swifter Allows the unit to equip a different weapon after having already made an action. 10
Umbra Mastery skill of occultists. For every HP below the max, add one to damage. Also applies the curse effect for three turns. 30 (M) 0.5*skl%
Vantage When defending, the bearer gets the first strike. 10 (spd+skl+20)%
Wrath When the bearer reaches less than 40% HP, 50% is added to crit. 10
