Jinny was once the daughter of a wealthy family whose primary business was selling homes. While she was raised in the courteous ways of traditions and mannerisms so characteristic of the wealthy, Jinny made friends with the sons and daughters of paupers. Their lifestyles and hers did not match, and where most would feel privileged to be in her shoes, Jinny herself felt that she could not connect with her friends and that it was unfair for all her friends to be scrambling for food whilst she ate three square meals a day. Therefore, she ran away from home, thinking that she could live with her friends. After it became evident that this would be impossible with her parents hunting for her, rather than returning to the decadent lifestyle of before, she left her home town and trudged the streets as a common thief, scrambling for food.
Jinny is eventually picked up by Josias's group in Midoria after she received a bad wound in the chaos of battle.

Jinny starts off as an enemy of both the player faction and standard enemy faction. To recruit her, capture her in combat before the enemy faction does. If either you or the enemy kills her, she dies.
